I like where you are headed with the third one, the image is pretty small so I can't make out everything. But I like the white band that kind of encompasses the shape of the package, I would work with a tighter lockup of the text below the big 'Fl' and the scale is nice, maybe see what other variations you can get. It would be nice to maybe work in a texture, or a die cut to see the actual flour?? Hope this helps!

I think an outstroke on the base of the l would make more of an l. At the moment it kinda looks like fi. Very nice design overall.
