Adding the text within each image came across better than just on the other half of the page. When bringing text into the piece, you get the character of each image to come out and say what it really means. It can speak on their own.
You're being a bit too fussy by hiding the type within the object, you have to search for most of them. Try being bold and composing with the word and image as 2 objects having a dialogue, one emphasizing the other. More scale change exploration...
Beat is going in an interesting direction, Control as well. I could see control radiating from the watch center for example, instead of being in the small band area. Memory should be outside the band, but still quite. The ideas will work very well in a bigger narrative...
